Our singing group received a donated sound system that needed work and fine tuning to make it workable. Ken and Isaac gave us an emergency appointment and came out to our location and spent several hours fixing and tuning the equipment. Everything worked perfectly when they finished. They even took time to show us how to use it correctly. They were courteous and professional.
The service we received from The Audio Department was beyond any of our best expectations. They provided a gold standard in professional service and courtesy with an assessment, recommendations, and ultimately installation and training. Our church is not a large one, and their recommendations were very reasonable for our budget, with confidence in knowing we were maximizing our investment in the equipment we absolutely needed. 10/10 and will be recommending them to our area churches.
